This Elevation Series modular cube ice maker features an air-cooled, self-contained condenser with top air discharge in a 30-inch wide design. It produces approximately 525 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and about 400 lb at 90°/70°, delivering consistent half-size cubes for busy beverage programs. ENERGY STAR certification supports efficient operation while meeting performance demands.
Operations teams will appreciate the LED status display and one touch sanitize/descaling controls that streamline routine maintenance. Dishwasher safe food zone components help speed cleanup, while the included floor-model ice dispenser provides approximately 180 lb of storage with push dispensing for fast service. The system uses R290 refrigerant and carries cULus, NSF, and CE listings, and the dispenser is designed to accept 30-inch wide ICE Series cube ice makers.
