Power through peak service with the Ice-O-Matic Elevation Series modular cube ice maker paired with a 351 lb storage bin. This air-cooled, self-contained system delivers full-size cubes and manages airflow with dual top/side discharge to keep performance consistent in demanding kitchens and bars.
Produce approximately 896 lb of ice per day at 70°F air/50°F water (711 lb at 90°F/70°F), then stage it in the 22-inch-wide bin to handle rushes. The slope-front, top-hinged door streamlines scooping for beverage stations, ice wells, and seafood or salad displays.
Maintain sanitation with PURE ICE antimicrobial protection, one-touch sanitize and descaling controls, and dishwasher-safe food zone components. An LED status display provides clear at-a-glance updates to support efficient workflows for chefs, buyers, and facility teams.
