The Elevation Series™ Modular Cube Ice Maker delivers high-capacity ice production for demanding foodservice operations. It features air-cooled performance with a self-contained condenser. Dual exhaust top/side air discharge and a 30" W design support flexible placement, producing approximately 850 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° (693 lb at 90°/70°).
Grande size cubes enhance drink presentation and consistency for chefs and operators. An LED status display and one touch sanitize/descaling controls support routine maintenance, while dishwasher safe food zone components streamline cleaning.
