The Ice-O-Matic CIM1126FW is an Elevation Series modular cube ice maker with a self-contained, water-cooled condenser designed for demanding operations. It delivers approximately 968 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air/50°F water (896 lb at 90°F/70°F), keeping beverage and prep stations stocked during peak service. This model replaces ICE0926FW.
Operators streamline hygiene with PURE ICE® built-in antimicrobial protection, dishwasher-safe food zone components, and one-touch sanitize/descaling. An LED status display helps staff monitor machine status and plan maintenance without disrupting workflow.
At just 22 inches wide with dual exhaust top/side air discharge, the head fits tight spaces and adapts to varied layouts. Full-size cubes enhance presentation in cocktails, catered pours, and iced beverages while melting slowly to protect flavor.
