The Ice-O-Matic CIM1136FA+CD40030 pairs an Elevation Series™ modular cube ice maker with a durable floor-model dispenser to keep beverage stations moving in busy operations. Its air-cooled, self-contained design with dual top/side air discharge helps fit varied layouts without sacrificing performance. Chefs and facility managers can deploy it where demand peaks, from service lines to back-of-house prep areas.
Deliver approximately 932 lb of full-size cubes per day at 70°F air/50°F water, or 762 lb at 90°F/70°F, to cover rushes in cafeterias, hotels, healthcare, and high-volume restaurants. The integrated dispenser holds about 180 lb of ice and uses push dispensing for quick, controlled access at self-serve or attended beverage stations. Full cubes support premium presentation in soft drinks, cocktails, and iced coffee.
