The Ice-O-Matic Elevation Series modular cube ice maker, model CIM1446FW49, pairs a water-cooled, self-contained condenser with a 48-inch-wide design to deliver high-capacity ice production. It produces approximately 1700 lb/771 kg of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50° conditions, and 1599 lb at 90°/70°. It forms full size cubes for beverage presentation and bulk production.
Operation and care are streamlined with an LED status display and one touch sanitize/descaling controls, enabling quick checks and simple cleaning steps. Dishwasher safe food zone components make cleaning straightforward, and the system uses R449 refrigerant specified for this series. The unit carries cULus and NSF certifications, supporting the needs of chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers focused on performance, safety, and sanitation.
