This air-cooled, self-contained system produces soft, chewable ice crystals, delivering approximately 700 lb per 24 hours at 70°/50° and 538 lb at 90°/70°. Top and side air dual exhaust helps maintain consistent performance while supporting tight installations and reliable airflow management.
Built with a stainless finish and R290 refrigerant, this ENERGY STAR®, cULus, and NSF unit supports efficiency goals and compliance requirements. The bin provides 351 lb of storage and measures 22"W x 31"D x 50"H, with a top-hinged, slope front door engineered for a top-mounted ice maker. A polyethylene interior, durable aluminum exterior, and 6" legs streamline cleaning and daily access for chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers.
