Product Description
The Pearl Ice® Maker produces soft, chewable ice crystals for service. An air-cooled, self-contained condenser pairs with top and side air dual exhaust to manage heat and airflow during daily operation, providing defined intake and exhaust paths from both the top and the side.
It delivers approximately 928 lb (421 kg) of production per 24 hours at 70°/50°, a capacity stated for the listed test conditions. At 90°/70°, production is approximately 683 lb for a 24-hour period. Both figures are provided for the specified 70°/50° and 90°/70° conditions, and are approximate production capacities.
A stainless finish presents a clean, professional exterior. R290 Refrigerant is used in this unit, and it carries cULus and NSF listings. It is also ENERGY STAR®.
