This Pearl Ice® Maker produces soft, chewable ice crystals and incorporates an air-cooled design with a self-contained condenser. Approximate production is 1306 lb/592 kg per 24 hours at 70° air/50° water, measured over a 24-hour period at 70° ambient air and 50° water. At 90° air/70° water, production is approximately 1004 lb per 24 hours, specified for a 24-hour period at 90° ambient air and 70° water.
Top & side air dual exhaust directs air through outlets at the top and the side, working in tandem with the air-cooled system and the self-contained condenser in this configuration. The ice maker features a stainless finish and uses R290 refrigerant as listed in the specification. It is cULus and cUL Energy Verified, matching the stated certification and energy verification identifiers.
