The ICE Series™ modular cube ice maker in R449 is air cooled with top air discharge and produces half-size cube ice. It delivers approximately 1310 lb of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 1070 lb at 90°/70°. These performance ratings help chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers gauge capacity under common operating conditions.
Harvest Assist produces ice consistently and reduces operating cost to support reliable service. It is cULus and NSF. Combined with air cooled operation and top air discharge, the ICE Series design supports streamlined performance and efficient workflows in busy back-of-house environments. Production is stated for 24 hours at 70°/50° and 90°/70°, so expectations are clear across varying conditions.
