Power flake ice production with the Ice-O-Matic MFI1256A+KBT24+B42PS, a flake ice maker from Ice-O-Matic using R290 refrigerant and an air-cooled self contained condenser. Its top and side air dual exhaust routes discharge from both the top and the side for dual air management, and the stainless finish presents a clean, professional look. Production is approximately 1045 lb/474 kg per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 757 lb at 90°/70°.
This ENERGY STAR unit is cULus and NSF. A bin kit for (1) GEM or (1) MFI on a 22-inch bin is included, providing compatibility with 22-inch bin configurations. Chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can plan around these published outputs and air handling features to align with daily workflow across their operation.
