This flake ice maker uses R290 refrigerant and an air-cooled, self-contained condenser. It features top and side air dual exhaust and a stainless finish for a clean, professional look. It delivers approximately 1045 lb/474 kg of ice production per 24 hours at 70°/50°, and 757 lb at 90°/70°.
ENERGY STAR® certification supports efficient operation, and the unit is cULus and NSF listed for widely recognized standards. For chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers, these specifications align with demanding production targets and facility standards.
