This air-cooled, flake-style ice maker supports high-volume operations while its stainless steel finish integrates seamlessly into professional kitchens. Shape seafood displays, chill produce, or pack ingredient bins—the moldable flake ice cools evenly and presents beautifully. Chefs and operators can keep salad bars, raw bars, and beverage stations stocked with ice that packs tightly for reliable holding and presentation.
