This air-cooled, flake-style ice maker produces approximately 1,450 lb (658 kg) per 24 hours to support seafood and produce displays, chilled prep, and beverage presentation. ENERGY STAR certification helps reduce utility impact while the stainless steel finish withstands high-volume, back-of-house use.
The B40PS ice bin stores up to 344 lb of ice, keeping service moving through peak periods. A top-hinged, slope-front door speeds access for kitchen staff and attendants, while the polyethylene interior and durable aluminum exterior promote sanitation and longevity. The included KBT19 bin top kit provides a clean, stable head-to-bin interface on the 30-inch bin footprint, and 6-inch legs offer clearance for routine floor cleaning.
