This flake ice maker delivers approximately 1377 lb/625 kg of ice per 24 hours at 70°/50°, providing a clear daily benchmark. At 90°/70°, production is approximately 1084 lb per day under the stated operating conditions. Both figures are specified on a 24-hour basis to communicate daily capacity.
It features an air-cooled self contained condenser and top and side air dual exhaust, as specified. Airflow is directed through both the top and side to match the dual exhaust configuration. This configuration uses an air-cooled system with a self contained condenser.
It uses R290 refrigerant and has a stainless finish. The unit is cULus and cUL Energy Verified. Chefs, operators, buyers, and facility managers can reference these specifications and certifications when selecting equipment for their operation.
