Engineered for heavy-duty beverage programs, the Icetro IM-2000-WH Maestro modular ice maker delivers reliable, cube-style production in space- and heat-sensitive environments. Its water-cooled, self-contained condenser helps keep ambient temperatures down while producing high volumes of half-sized cubes to speed service.
Produce up to 2006 lbs of ice per 24 hours at 70°F air/50°F water (1826 lbs at 90°F/70°F) to sustain peak periods for QSR drive-thrus, banquet service, and back-of-house staging. A diagnostic control panel and auto cleaning cycle streamline routine maintenance and keep workflows moving.
Built with a durable 304 stainless steel exterior and a hygienic ABS antimicrobial interior, this 48-inch modular head integrates cleanly with compatible commercial ice bins. ENERGY STAR certification supports efficient operation while meeting CE, cETLus, and ETL-Sanitation standards.
