The single deck, standard depth cavity provides a 40-inch depth in a compact 39-inch-wide footprint and includes three oven racks to streamline pan rotation. Durable 50/50 solid stainless steel doors and a porcelainized oven interior support frequent loading and fast cleanups during service.
Snap acting temperature control spans 150°F to 500°F, paired with a 1/2 HP, single-speed fan motor to drive consistent airflow across the cavity. With 50,000 BTU of gas power, an aluminized side panel, and sturdy steel legs, this oven is built for reliable daily service and efficient workflow.
