Product Description
This quick ship Middleby Essentials gas fryer is built for reliable, gas-fired performance in busy commercial kitchens and operations. It offers a 40 lbs. oil capacity, three cast iron burners with 105,000 BTU/hr, and a snap acting electronic thermostat covering 200ºF to 400ºF. Measuring 17 inches wide, it includes a stainless steel front, door, and basket hanger assembly.
Two fry baskets with vinyl-coated handles, a crumb screen, and heavy gauge metal tubes with a built-in deflector system are included.
