Cast iron burners with a standing pilot per burner deliver consistent heat, while a 139,000 BTU/hr total output meets high-volume cooking demands. As a quick ship, Middleby Essentials item, it helps kitchens expand capacity without slowing down operations.
Built for daily production, it features a stainless steel front, backguard, shelf, kick plate, and 5" landing ledge for a clean, professional presentation. The oven’s porcelainized bottom and aluminized sides, rear, top, and door lining simplify cleanup, and a removable full-width crumb tray keeps the cookline tidy. One chrome oven rack, durable plastic control knobs, and adjustable heavy duty legs are included. ETL, cETLus, and CE listed; made in USA.
