The Imperial Range HSICVE-2 is a double deck, half-size electric convection oven engineered to streamline production for busy commercial kitchens. Two stacked cavities let teams bake, roast, and retherm multiple batches at once while preserving consistency. Manual controls and a two-speed fan motor enable chefs to dial in airflow and heat for delicate pastries or hearty roasts.
Hinged doors with viewing windows and interior lights help crews check doneness without opening the oven. With four racks per deck, staff can stage trays for efficient rotation during service, banquets, or catering prep.
A stainless steel front, sides, doors, top, and legs stand up to daily wear and clean quickly between shifts. Powered by 1/2 HP per oven and certified cETLus, ETL-Sanitation, and CE, this convection oven supports reliable performance in restaurants, institutions, and healthcare facilities.
