The Imperial Range IAB-36 is a 36-inch countertop gas steakhouse charbroiler engineered to move tickets fast on busy lines. Six radiant burners deliver a robust 120,000 BTU (35 kW) across the full width, giving chefs the firepower to sear steaks, burgers, and chops with confidence. Use it on the hotline, in the grill station, or for high-volume banquet production where throughput and consistency matter.
A three-position cast iron slanted top grate helps you fine-tune sear and finish, positioning product closer to or farther from the flame to match thickness and desired doneness. Spread items across the wide deck to organize by cook time and keep orders flowing during peak service.
Cleanup is streamlined with a full-width grease gutter and a 3" wide removable grease can that capture runoff efficiently. Stainless steel front, sides, and landing ledge stand up to daily use while presenting a professional look on the cookline.
