The Imperial Range IAB-48 steakhouse charbroiler packs eight radiant burners into a 48-inch, gas-powered countertop design. With a combined 160,000 BTU (53 kW), it sears steaks, chops, and seafood quickly while keeping pace during peak service. Chefs can stage high-volume orders without sacrificing consistency.
A three-position cast iron slanted top grate lets you set product height and angle to balance heat intensity, fat runoff, and grill marks. Build zones for finishing, holding, and hard searing across the wide deck to streamline ticket flow. It handles everything from ribeyes and burgers to skewers and vegetables.
A full-width grease gutter and a 3-inch removable grease can speed changeovers and help maintain a cleaner line. The stainless steel front, sides, and landing ledge stand up to daily use and provide a convenient plating surface. Certified cETLus, ETL, and NSF, it supports code-compliant installation in demanding foodservice environments.
