Engineered for volume, the Imperial Range IAB-72 steakhouse charbroiler powers through peak service with twelve radiant burners producing 240,000 BTU (70 kW). Its expansive 72-inch width gives teams room to stage steaks, chops, burgers, and skewers side by side. The countertop footprint integrates into existing cooklines to speed tickets during lunch and dinner rushes.
A 3-position slanted cast iron top grate lets chefs fine-tune heat exposure and manage caramelization across different proteins. Set higher for delicate seafood or lower for aggressive searing on ribeyes and pork chops. The slant channels drippings toward a full-width grease gutter to keep the deck orderly.
