The Imperial Range IABA-48 is a 48-inch countertop gas smoke broiler designed for busy grill stations that want wood-kissed results on demand. Eight stainless steel burners deliver a combined 160,000 BTU through cast iron radiants and grates for consistent searing and dependable heat retention. Use it to turn out steaks, burgers, skewers, or vegetables during peak service without breaking stride.
A built-in smoke system with three log holders lets you add real wood flavor while you broil, reducing extra steps and equipment. The full-width grease gutter, removable grease can, and water pans streamline cleanouts between rushes and help manage drippings. Wood trays and a stainless landing ledge keep seasonings and plated items within easy reach.
Stainless steel front and sides hold up to heavy use while presenting a professional look on an open line. With durable cast iron grates and radiants, this charbroiler supports efficient, high-volume output. Certified cETLus and NSF for commercial kitchens.
