Cast iron radiants and grates store and distribute heat for reliable sear marks and consistent doneness. An integrated smoke system with three log holders lets you layer real wood flavor onto steaks, ribs, seafood, or vegetables without slowing your workflow.
A full-width grease gutter, removable grease can, and water pans simplify end-of-shift cleanup and help maintain a tidy station. Stainless steel front and sides, plus stainless steel wood trays and a landing ledge, support efficient plating and everyday durability in demanding commercial kitchens.
