The Imperial Range IABF-24 steakhouse charbroiler helps busy kitchens sear more in less space. This 24-inch gas floor model harnesses four radiant burners to deliver 80,000 BTU (23 kW), giving chefs the high-heat performance needed for steaks, chops, and skewers during peak service.
Three-position cast iron slanted top grates let you stage product at different heat levels, from hard sear to gentle finish, while producing consistent grill marks. Operators can dial in workflow by moving items between zones to match ticket times and doneness.
A full-width grease gutter and 3-inch removable grease can channel runoff for faster cleanup and fewer flare-ups.
