The Imperial Range IABF-30 steakhouse charbroiler concentrates high-output performance in a compact 30-inch footprint. Five radiant burners deliver 100,000 BTU (29 kW) for powerful, even broiling across the cooking surface.
Three-position cast iron slanted top grates let you stage proteins at different heat intensities—ideal for steaks, burgers, chops, seafood, and vegetables. Integrated grease pathways direct runoff to a full-width gutter and 3-inch removable can to streamline cleanup between turns.
A stainless steel front and sides stand up to daily use, while the open cabinet base keeps pans and tools close at hand. The landing ledge supports plating and resting, 6-inch legs aid cleaning access, and cETLus and NSF listings support compliance in commercial kitchens.
