The Imperial Range IABF-36 steakhouse charbroiler equips high-volume kitchens with the output and control needed for consistent results. This gas, floor-model unit spans 36 inches and is powered by six radiant burners delivering 120,000 BTU (35 kW) to keep service moving during peak periods.
Three-position cast iron slanted top grates enable multi-zone broiling, so you can hard sear, finish, and hold across the same surface. A full-width grease gutter and 3-inch removable grease can streamline flare-up control and speed cleaning between tickets, ideal for steaks, chops, seafood, and skewers.
Built with a stainless steel front, sides, open cabinet base, and landing ledge, the IABF-36 integrates cleanly on the cookline while supporting tools and pans within reach. Sturdy 6-inch legs provide a stable stance, and cETLus and NSF listings support compliance in demanding foodservice environments.
