Built for high-volume lines, the Imperial Range IABF-60 steakhouse charbroiler maximizes throughput and consistency. Its 60-inch width and ten radiant burners concentrate 200,000 BTU (59 kW) of firepower to sear steaks, burgers, and skewers with speed and accuracy. The floor-model design with an open cabinet base helps keep pans and tools close to the grill during rush periods.
Three-position, slanted cast iron top grates let you set the ideal distance from the flame for different proteins and presentation needs. Use the slope to channel runoff to the full-width grease gutter, minimizing flare-ups and preserving clean grill marks in peak service.
A stainless steel front and sides with a landing ledge stand up to daily use while providing a reliable staging surface. The 3-inch removable grease can streamlines end-of-shift cleanup, and 6-inch legs provide essential clearance for sanitation. Certified cETLus and NSF, this gas unit integrates smoothly into demanding commercial kitchen workflows.
