Streamline workflow with a water-cooled top and built-in drain system that help manage heat and support fast cleanup. A Chinese swing faucet accelerates filling and rinsing between dishes to keep the line moving.
Hands-free knee "L" lever gas valve handles let chefs adjust flame without breaking stride, and a 24" flue riser is built in. A stainless steel front with landing ledge, backsplash, and pipe rack supports staging and utensil organization. Adjustable 12-3/4" legs with leveling feet help the range sit square on uneven floors.
