A water-cooled top and built-in drain system help manage surface temperatures and simplify cleanup during long shifts. The Chinese swing faucet streamlines filling and rinsing between tickets to keep the line moving and the station organized.
Knee “L” lever gas valve handles let cooks adjust flame without breaking cadence, while the 24-inch flue riser directs heat and steam away from the workspace. A stainless steel front with landing ledge, backsplash, and pipe rack supports efficient plating, staging, and tool storage.
