Tube-fired cast iron burners drive quick heat-up and strong recovery for consistent, appetizing results batch after batch. A snap action thermostat with millivolt temperature control supports tight temperature management for fries, wings, and breaded items.
Built for daily service, the stainless steel frypot, front, door, sides, and basket hanger simplify cleaning and stand up to high-volume use. A wire mesh crumb screen helps maintain oil quality, while the included nickel-plated basket and 6" legs support efficient, stable workflow on busy backlines.
