The Imperial Range IFSCB150-OP-C open pot gas fryer combines high-output performance with built-in filtration to keep production moving. With a 50 lb oil capacity and 140,000 BTU of heat, it handles peak-volume batches of fries, chicken, and seafood with confident recovery.
Computer controls let crews program repeatable frying cycles, supporting consistency across shifts and multi-unit operations. A built-in filter system with a 5.5 GPM, 1/3 HP roller pump enables on-demand oil filtration to extend oil life and reduce downtime.
The stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet simplify cleaning and stand up to daily use, while casters make repositioning easy during line changeovers. An integrated drain station and cabinet improve workflow, and the package includes a food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, and a filter starter kit.
