An electronic thermostat maintains dependable set points, while a 5.5 GPM roller pump (1/3 HP) swiftly cycles oil through the integrated filter system. Fueled by gas with a total 280,000 BTU, this floor model delivers serious throughput, and the included drain station and cabinet streamline safe, end-of-run handling. A 120v/60/1-ph connection (6.8 amps) powers the filtration components for efficient, push-button operation.
Durable stainless steel on the frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet stands up to daily abuse and simplifies cleaning. Casters ease positioning, and the included food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, and filter starter kit help you stage product, consolidate a battery fryer line, and accelerate prep-to-plate workflow.
