The Imperial Range IFSCB250C is a high-capacity, gas, floor model two-battery fryer system engineered for demanding commercial kitchens. Two 50 lb frypots pair with a 280,000 BTU output to power through chicken, fish, and fries simultaneously. Computer controls streamline operation and help crews hit target temps and times during peak service.
A built-in filtration system with a 5.5 GPM roller pump and 1/3 HP motor maintains oil quality between batches and supports fast turnarounds. The integrated drain station and cabinet keep tools and workflow organized, while the 120v single-phase connection powers the controls and pump.
Designed for daily durability, the unit features stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet. Casters aid mobility for cleaning and service, and included accessories—food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, and a filter start kit—set your team up for efficient, consistent frying from day one.
