A snap action thermostat delivers responsive temperature control, while stainless steel frypots, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet stand up to daily use and simplify cleanup.
Designed for busy lines frying fries, wings, and breaded proteins, this battery fryer includes a food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, and a filter start kit to get you up and running. Casters add mobility for service and sanitation, and the 5.5 GPM roller pump (1/3 HP) operates on 120v/60/1-ph, 6.8 amps for reliable filtration performance.
