A built-in filtration system featuring a 5.5 GPM roller pump and 1/3 HP motor helps extend oil life and reduce changeouts. The integrated drain station and stainless cabinet with landing ledge make staging and cleanup more efficient while preserving a clean cookline.
Casters provide easy mobility for cleaning or line reconfiguration. Out of the box, the IFSCB275T streamlines setup with an included food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, and a filter start kit—ideal for wings, breaded seafood, and high-sediment batches that benefit from regular filtering.
