The Imperial Range IFSCB350-OP-C is a three-battery, gas, floor model open pot fryer system built for high-volume service. Computer controls, a built-in filter system, and an integrated drain station work together to accelerate turnarounds and preserve oil quality. Heavy-duty stainless steel construction stands up to daily rushes on the cookline.
Each 50 lb frypot handles fries, chicken, and appetizers in back-to-back batches while operators program cook times for consistent output. A 5.5 GPM roller pump driven by a 1/3 HP motor circulates oil through the filter to keep production moving. Casters enable quick repositioning for cleaning or line changes.
Ideal for multi-unit restaurants, campuses, and high-volume commissaries that demand efficient, repeatable results. The included food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, and filter starter kit help stage, hold, and organize product at the fryer. Use the stainless steel landing ledge and cabinet to streamline workflow without crowding the workspace.
