The Imperial Range IFSCB475-OP-C is a gas, floor model, four-battery open pot fryer engineered for high-volume kitchens. Each frypot holds 75 lb of oil and is managed by computer controls to streamline timing and temperature across stations. Deploy it on the cookline to synchronize fries, wings, and breaded proteins during peak periods.
A built-in filtration system with a 5.5 GPM roller pump and 1/3 HP motor simplifies oil maintenance between cooks. Use the drain station with dump pan to clear baskets safely while the filter starter kit helps you get up and running fast. With 700,000 BTU, the system delivers the firepower needed for back-to-back batches.
Stainless steel frypots, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet stand up to daily abuse and wipe down quickly. Casters make repositioning and service pull-outs straightforward, while included joiner strips create a clean, connected line-up. A built-in food warmer keeps product ready for plating or holding on the pass.
