Streamline oil management with the built-in filtration package featuring a 5.5 GPM roller pump driven by a 1/3 HP motor. An electronic thermostat maintains target temperatures, while the integrated drain station and cabinet simplify workflow and cleanup. The 120v/60/1-ph connection draws just 6.8 amps to power the filtration system.
Built for demanding kitchens, this battery fryer features a stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet, plus casters for easy positioning during service and cleaning.
