Optimize workflow with the integrated drain station and landing space to quickly shake, season, and stage fries, wings, or seafood. The under-fryer filter uses a 5.5 GPM roller pump powered by a 1/3 HP motor, accelerating turnarounds between batches. Casters and a stainless steel frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet stand up to daily cleaning and repositioning.
Built for demanding operations, this 1,050,000 BTU system supports continuous output across long shifts. Included accessories—food warmer, dump pan, joiner strips, and a filter starter kit—help you get production-ready on day one.
