A built-in space saver filter system streamlines oil care, using a 5.5 GPM roller pump and 1/3 HP motor to filter quickly between batches. Teams can turn out fries, wings, and breaded seafood while maintaining oil quality and repeatable results. The snap action thermostat helps hold target temperatures to support consistent cooking.
Stainless steel frypot, front, and sides stand up to daily use and simplify cleanup for a professional presentation on the line. The package includes joiner strips and a filter starter kit to get you up and running faster. A 120v/60/1-ph, 6.8-amp connection is required in addition to gas.
