The Imperial Range IFSSP275-OP-T is a gas, floor-model battery fryer featuring two 75 lb open-pot sections and a built-in space saver filtration system. It helps busy kitchens maximize throughput while conserving floor space and simplifying daily oil care.
Operators can maintain consistent results with the electronic thermostat, while 350,000 BTU delivers quick heat recovery between batches. The integrated filter uses a 5.5 GPM roller pump and a 1/3 HP motor to speed turnarounds. Plug the filtration system into a 120V outlet and keep production moving during peak periods.
Stainless steel frypot, front, and sides stand up to heavy use and wipe down fast, and casters make repositioning simple for cleaning and service. Fry high-volume staples—fries, wings, and breaded proteins—without breaking workflow. Joiner strips and a filter starter kit are included to get you up and running.
