Drive high-volume frying with the Imperial Range IFSSP450-OP-C battery fryer. Four 50 lb open pot fryers deliver throughput and consistency with computer controls. The built-in space saver filter system speeds oil recovery to keep service moving.
Program precise temperatures and timers on each vat to synchronize fries, chicken, and appetizers. A 5.5 GPM roller pump powered by a 1/3 HP motor makes filter cycles quick and safe between rushes. Casters let you reposition the lineup for cleaning or workflow changes.
This gas floor model concentrates 560,000 BTU of heating power for chain restaurants, cafeterias, and commissaries. A stainless steel frypot, front, and sides simplify cleaning and stand up to daily use. Joiner strips and a filter starter kit are included to streamline installation and first runs.
