Gas-fired performance and computer controls help you move from rush to rush without sacrificing consistency. Ideal for multi-station frying of fries, chicken, seafood, and appetizers.
Keep oil clean and production flowing with the integrated space saver filter system featuring a 5.5 GPM roller pump driven by a 1/3 HP motor. The 120v/60/1, 6.8-amp connection powers filtration so staff can cycle oil between orders instead of shutting down. Casters simplify positioning for cleaning and line changes.
A 700,000 BTU gas system supports rapid recovery to handle back-to-back drops during peak service. Stainless steel frypot, front, and sides stand up to heavy use and wipe down fast to maintain a professional presentation. Joiner strips and a filter starter kit are included to streamline installation and first-day operation.
