The Imperial Range IFSSP550-OP is a gas, floor model battery fryer engineered for high-volume frying with five open pot fryers at 50 lb capacity each. A built-in space saver filter system helps you maintain oil quality and keep production moving during peak periods. With 700,000 BTU total heat input, it’s designed to support busy lines in restaurants, cafeterias, and commissaries.
Speed oil polishing between batches with the 5.5 GPM roller pump driven by a 1/3 HP motor. A snap action thermostat provides responsive control to help you hit target temperatures for fries, chicken, and seafood with consistent results. Operators can filter one station while the others continue service for efficient workflows.
Stainless steel frypot, front, and sides simplify cleaning and stand up to daily use, while casters make service access easier.
