Engineered for high-volume frying, the Imperial Range IFSSP650-OP-T combines six 50 lb open pot vats into a compact gas floor model battery fryer. Drive throughput while conserving footprint with the built-in space saver filter system. Casters let you reposition the suite to match evolving cookline layouts.
Electronic thermostat control helps hold set temperatures for consistent color and texture during rushes. A 5.5 GPM roller pump powered by a 1/3 HP motor filters quickly to extend oil life and maintain flavor. Stainless steel frypot, front and sides clean fast and withstand daily use.
Stage dedicated vats for chicken, fries, and seafood, or reserve one for allergen-sensitive items to streamline ticket flow. With 840,000 BTU on tap, you can recover between back-to-back drops and keep service on pace. Joiner strips and a filter starter kit are included to simplify installation and first-day operation.
