A 60-inch wide by 24-inch deep cooking surface pairs with a 1-inch thick grooved plate to hold heat and deliver attractive grill marks service after service. Thermostatic controls and a 150,000 BTU gas system help you hit target temperatures fast and keep them steady during rushes.
Use it to sear burgers, chicken, chops, and vegetables while staging eggs or tortillas across the generous plate to streamline tickets. Operators can dial in set points for different menu items, reducing guesswork and rework. The grooved surface promotes appetizing sear lines that elevate presentation on platters and to-go boxes.
Stainless steel front, sides, splash guard, and ledge stand up to daily abuse and wipe down quickly. A 4-inch wide grease gutter channels runoff to a removable grease can to speed end-of-shift cleanups and help maintain a tidy line. Four-inch legs provide sturdy countertop clearance to facilitate sanitation around and beneath the unit.
