The Imperial Range IHPA-8-48SU gas countertop hotplate equips busy lines with eight burners across a 48-inch footprint to maximize output without sacrificing space. With four open burners and four step-up burners, chefs can stage dishes by priority and keep critical pans in view. A combined 256,000 BTU (75 kW) of heat tackles everything from rapid boils to hard sears during peak service.
Streamline workflow by using the elevated section for sauces and sides while the lower deck drives primary cooking. This step-up configuration supports high-volume restaurants, institutions, and catering operations that demand multitasking and quick handoffs on the cookline. Operators can balance power and placement to improve timing and ticket flow.
Built for daily commercial use, the IHPA-8-48SU features heavy-duty cast iron grates, a stainless steel front and sides, and a 5-inch deep landing ledge for plating and pans. A removable crumb tray simplifies cleanup between rushes, and 4-inch legs with adjustable feet help level the unit. Certified CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF, and CE for professional kitchens.
