The Imperial Range IHR-1FT-XB from the Spec Series Heavy Duty line is a gas unit featuring a 36" French top with a cast iron ring and lift-off cover. This configuration supports flexible cooking on a broad surface, while the removable cover provides direct access when needed and simplifies cleanup between tasks. Manual controls offer straightforward, repeatable operation for busy teams on the cookline.
An open cabinet base with a bottom shelf keeps essentials close at hand to support efficient workflow.
